I think healthy foods are good try this one
Ingredients:
Boneless, skinless chicken breast cutlet size
4 - 6 egg whites
3/4 cup cornflake crumbs
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 400° F. Line a baking sheet with foil and coat the foil PAM non-stick cooking spray. In a zippered plastic bag, combine the cornflake crumbs, thyme, oregano and pepper; shake well. Dip and coat the chicken piece in egg whites then place in bag, one piece at a time, and shake the bag to coat each piece of chicken well. Remove the chicken from the bag, a piece at a time, and place on the prepared baking sheet. Bake until the chicken is cooked through and the juices run clear when the thickest part of the chicken is pierced with a fork, 35 to 40 minutes.
ENJOY!!!!

I think its preference and how we are raised. Although, I wasnt raised on good healthy foods and I love veggies and I take tons of vitamins everyday. It's all choice and brain power to choose the good foods instead of the bad foods. You also should remember that there are healthy fats and not so healthy fats. Sugar always turns into fat when its abused. Even eating oranges way to much can make you fat. The key is MODERATION!

I think you can choose great tasting healthy foods like certain fruits taste great. The fast food is usually bad for you because they usually use cheap meats and use lots of oil. Try a chicken broiled sandwich those are usually healthy and sometimes taste great. Stay away from fries

I guess since they taste better we save them for special occasions. Life would be dull if we did not have something to look forward to. If eat everything we wanted when we wanted, it would get pretty boring. Not a very good answer but the only one I can think of.

It's the vitamins! Vitamins taste icky. You ever bit on a vitamin C tablet? That's the reason bad foods taste good. Lack of icky vitamins.

Because they are fatty, sweet, salty. I never crave a carrot, but chips or ice cream- watch out.

You answered this question yourself already. Fat and salt bring out the flavors of foods. What's a good steak without marbling? What good are refired beans without lard? What good are french fries or potato chips without salt? Although I enjoy all three of these foods without salt, lard, fat, and a lot of oil, indulging in them every so often really makes me feel good.

It is all in your mind. I have grown to love, or "crave" honeydew, watermelon, carrots, apples, etc. If I had a Big Mac now I would probably get ill.
