Prayers really work. But don't expect them all to be answered in the way you want them answered. I prayed so hard my dog wouldn't die but she did. That taught me strength. God has a reason FOR everything. Even if it seems you're prayers arn't answered, they really are!

I've had quite a few prayers answered. Too many to write off as mere coincidence. And no, prayers don't allow one to escape from failures. I'm not even sure what that means...

Prayers from a truly saved person do work but in Gods time. The only prayer that God will listen to from a non-believer is the prayer of repentance and salvation.

I can't believe that you haven't researched the hundreds of thousands people who have gotten results in prayer!.....where have you been!...Yes, prayer really really works!...and No!, prayer is not a mere excuse to escape from failures!.....Try It!...you'll like it!....

I believe in prayer. Sometimes people say prayer doesn't work b/c you don't get the results that you are looking for. As a Christian, I believe that through prayer God will give us one of three answers...yes, no, and not right now.

I believe prayer work,but prayer is based on faith so you can't have one without the other.

praying doesnt only consist of asking for things. we pray to have communication with God. and yes i believe with all my heart that prayer works! prayer builds on how you know Christ. its all about the relationship.

Have always contended that you could just as well use a wishing well instead of praying. The success rate is the same and a wishing well takes less time.

i still pray every night, it does not seem to work in the sense that i get what i ask for, but it puts my mind at a state of rest so that i can fall asleep. i believe that he is listening though
