Yes, it does. There was actually a small study done and it was on the new here in Texas a few months ago. They said that it does help with your body and high amounts of activity but it should only be drunk if you can brush your teeth immediatley after. This just goes to prove what I have been saying for years: The best thing that you can ever put in you body is water and fruits/veggies. (People just don't seem to listen.)

yes i heard it on my news about a month ago that gatorade wears out the enamel on your teeth
