they like to be flirted with and given compliments. They want to be given preference from other girls in your cirlce and hints that you will ask them out soon. They would Loove to hear this though "hey want to go see that pirates movie with me ?" "and then grab some dinner?" ...lol

what does a girl wants to hear, well what do you want to say? You need to show that you care thats a very good sign. I mean if you really like this girl what you say will come naturally ,
but if you just want what all other horny's want then it depends on who your asking and what kind of person she is? Then say you smell great then the pretty stuff.

I like for a guy to be honest about what he feels. Which would mean if he is interested then I would hope that he would ask me out, and if the date turned out well he would say how he truly felt.

Of course they want to be asked out but remember to first get to talk to her and know her a little bit, show her that you like her and then invite her out.

Just talk to them about random things - if she laughs alot then ask her out.... Don't just start with "wanna go out" - that will make her uncomfortable (if you get her off guard) make her comfortable then ask - know what I mean?
