I think friends with benefits is a good thing. Alot of people are afraid of committments these days. As long as everyone knows the rules then there should be no hurt feelings. If one person has stronger feelings than the other than that should be discussed so that no one gets hurt. i have had many fwb relationships over the years and have never lost a friend because of it when you both know the scoop. But there are also peolpe who are my friends who i would never sleep with because i would lose that friendship. Everyone concerned has to know the rules. We all have needs and sometimes need that itch scratched.

It's possible to fall for someone who is supposed to be friends with benefits, but it usually doesn't end up being mutual and winds up in disaster.
My best advice is to be upfront about your feelings quickly, because if you wait you will keep entertaining a hope that is likely not there and when you wind up crushed, it will hurt much more than if you had gotten it out of the way quickly.
And if he says he's not interested, don't think he'll change his mind later.

Lol, This **** is so funny because I did the same thing with a married dude and I figured Im just going to take him for his money and that's it but then I got with him and it was so good he had me looking for his *** in the daytime with a flashlight,I didn't want to but I caught feelings and he would say im married we cant be in a relationship and i cant take you places and all that **** and I would play hard like it didn't matter but i was dying inside and i kept on and kept on til i told myself I deserve way better than that,I look too good to be hiding in the dark for someone who aint hitting on jack anyway, the truth is you deserve better too if he has been sleeping with you all this time for free and went and got a girl on you, baby he is gonna keep using you until he uses you up and he will never have respect for you you will just be a side piece to go too when his girl period on or something, wake up smell the coffee and leave that loser alone you r holding up your life for something that ain't gonna never happen.

It won't work. It's very difficult to come back from a situation like that, trust me. And it's a mistake to let your feelings get to where they have. You have spent too much time with him and have slept with him too often. You should move on now while you can. My heart is still broken after TWO YEARS with a guy who I started out with as "friends". Of course I fell in love and wanted more. He wanted more too, more space, more women and more freedom. Granted that is MY story, and it "could" happen, but it's not probable.
Good luck.

depends. Are you talking about taking things to the next level? then just bring it up with him nonchalantly. Like while watching t.v. or even in bed, but after though. Us guys are more relaxed after some quality time.

You're nothing but a good lay to him. Sorry dear if you wanted a relationship with him maybe you should have held out longer than you did.
