Muslims always say it was "changed" or "corrupted" but provide no proof other than Koran.
The British museum houses a Koran that has at least 3 differences in the Koran. I would like to know if there are differences in meaning or complete changes in verses ( like the Koran in the museum ) in the Bible, and where can I find it?
This is a real question- I would like to be able to see it. Im not talking about translation history. But real and complete verse changes.
Thanks !

First, nowhere in the bible does it say Magdaline is a prostitute. The Mary in the well lived in Samaria..Magdaline lived in Magdalia, so the first poster is just wrong about the Mary differences.
The fact that catholics bible have more books is because they use the apocryphal gospels. These books are in print, and continue today, you dont even have to get a "Catholic" bible to read them.
Also, the whole remove positive things about women just means they watched DaVinci code. LOL
The other posters list no references other than "its well known".
Truth of the matter is, it has not changed at all ,only in the language it has been in. The bible is and has been in print in every major language in the world. And is STILL the #1 best selling book, ever. Period.
If you have sincere bible questions, I would recommend not watching DaVinci code ( fictional movie) until you learn what you want regarding the Bible and Jesus.
If they made a DaVinci code movie about the Koran, we would be in World War 3 right now.
They are always quick to criticize everyone, yet slow to admit fault, or ignorance on a subject.

Well see here, the odd thing is that Christians themselves have been saying this very thing for quite a long while now, and some groups have gone as far as to declare it no longer the True Word of God. Translation differences are one thing, the translations may differ, but the original remains the same. However when you have no original remaining, you have to compare translations with one another. How then can you choose which translation is closer to the truth other than by complete assumption and strategic guesses? Not to mention how confusing it becomes when translating translations of translations.

Instead of wasting so much time making up stories about corrupted Qurans, you could spend that time looking up the information and answer your own questions! So much better, but I guess some would rather take the easy way out. No wonder it's so easy for you to believe rubbish.
Remember:
God foresees in the Bible that hands WILL change it (forgive me for losing the verse number, but I believe in John).
God promises in the Quran that it will never be lost or changed.

The fact that the Bible today was written, not by God, but by people renders it subject to alteration (http://www.theology.edu/faq01.htm). The fact that the Quran was revealed to Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) by God does not allow for alterations because every Muslim knows the book was revealed by Allah. However, in Islam, we do believe the Bible was revealed by Allah, but since then has been changed over time and written by people; thus, creating different versions.
Different denominations of Christianity also believe in certain parts of the Bible and not others; which, using common sense, leads one to believe some parts of the Bible were changed to the liking of one denomination. According to wikipedia, not everyone agrees with the translation of the Bible as it is today and there are several Christian organizations working towards translating the Bible yet again.
Do you have a copy of the Bible, as it was, in it's original language? Because Muslims have a copy of the original Quran it's in original language.
My question to you was do you have a copy of the original Bible in it's original language??

There is absolute proof. King James was completely illiterate and is documented by numerous people as ordering his arch bishop to change the bible, which DID happen. The KJV is altered. Also, in approx. 440 AD the Council of Nicaea altered the bible to remove all positive comments about women, even changing Mary Magdalene from a princess to a prostitute. As for where you can find more information, I suggest you look to some of the studies done at Harvard.

It is well known of the alteration of the Bible. It is also well known that the bible has unknown authors. Search google videos for a documentary called "Who wrote the bible" for a christian perspective.
As for the Quraan, there is no differences in the Quraan. What the british museum may be refering to are the different recitations of the Quraan. And for one who understands al lugha al arabiyya, he knows that this is not a difference.
Name these three differences in the Quraan if you are truthful

"If the non-believer does no longer think the bible is one hundred% precise, infallible and the direct phrase of God, quoting from it might no longer quite PROOVE something for that individual. Would it?" How do you name your self a non-believer for those who be a component of the bible, despite the fact that underneath one hundred%? A lot of matters that a recognized now have been most effective idea at one time. A lot of matters which are idea now might be prooven a few day. If one costs the Bible to present an explaination to you, it is simply to exhibit facet of the supply of which they responded you. I recognise I cannot supply you religion, (if I might I'd supply it to everybody,) I present no evidence. But I encourge you to appear for yourselfs and you can uncover the solutions. Where you begin your seek is as much as you.

what differences in the quran? give me those 3 differences please. if u can send them to me, i would really appreciate it.
ok, your bible itself has contradiction from one version to another, and when i asked christian ppl about their bible and their different versions, they themselves give me different answers. you have old statement and new statement, your bible was written by people looong after jesus u so claim died. your trinity and that is what your god is all about, actually was not existed only over 300 years and it was not agreed by all members of tht meeting/counseling (i forgot the name, i'm sorry). also you change your bible because your needs change, religion should work for all time and place, without any need to change anything about it.
this is my personal opinion that i made it out of my common sense, without any quoting from Quran.
