I dont want this to sound like Im bragging on my kids too much so please dont take me the wrong way. Alot of my family and friends all think I need to put my 2 boys (ages 3 1/2 & 2) into modeling & acting. Can any parents out there who have experience with this give me some advice or pointers?

Go with a reputable modeling agency that has a children's division, like Ford Modeling . In our experience, the agency just wanted regular photos of our kids... nothing fancy. Don't get fooled by agencies that ask you to put up any of your own money for expensive photos of your kids, videos, etc. If they do, they're probably not legit. If they think your kids will get bookings, they will be interested.

I am not a parent, I am an adolescent teenager. I am enrolled in the John Casablancas model and career center in Scottsdale, AZ. I think that MTM (modeling and talent managment scottsdale) would be great. However, it is $2200.
