You probably have fibrocystic breasts, very common in younger women. The pain would be most pronounced about the time of the menstrual cycle. Chocolate and caffeine can make the pain worse. Try avoiding those for a few days. You can also wear a good bra when you sleep. This helps.

This has to be a trick question. Well, I'll be the first to fall into your trap. Light massage, bag of peas wrapped in a towel, if it's pre-menstal try Evening Primrose oil in caps. from the Healthfood store. Visit with a good M.D. Now, all you cuties can give her a go.

If both breasts are tender and you are certain you are not pregnant, this could be caused by hormone fluctuations which typically occur around ovulation. If you are a caffeine lover, this sometimes contributes to fibrocystic breasts, which can leave you with tender breasts, which is also more noticeable around the time you ovulate.

Could you be pregnant? Mine always get sore about a week and a half before my monthly visitor arrives, that could be it. If they are extremely hurting you should make an appointment with your Dr.

Breast pain can be associated with pre-menstrual syndrome. This usually occurs about a week before you start. If this isn't the case you should call your doctor.
