We've already stepped into the beginning of the end of the world. I'll say man and animal...at least man and animal known as man and animal today... will perrish within no more than 5 more centuries. The world will end from a combination of disease (new & old), natural disaster, race killing race, man killing man and eventually famine/hunger. If you take notice....all of these things have been getting more severe as the years go on. Things will get so out of control over time...man will have no way to overcome these things.

I think this is Gods plan. The earth will still exsist for new creations. It's happened before....and the cycle will continue until the actual end of planet earth, which will be in about another 7,000 years. That's another story....

According to Nostradamus....Long after life on earth has come to an end, the sun in our solar system will eventually explode in one last burst of energy and then die down to nothing. This will totally incinerate the planet earth, although the planet will have actually long since been dead.

Christians believe that the world will end and that there is nothing that we can do about it. They won't try to stop it because they believe it's the way it's supposed to be anyways. It will be a self fulfilling prophecy. Thats why we need to keep fundamentalist Christians out of public office.
It will probably start when two fundamentalist religious leaders (like Bush and Ahmadinejad of Iran) get on eachothers nervs. They both believe through their own faith that they are good and the other is evil. They won't talk or listen to each other or even try to understand where the other person is comming from. Tensions will rise and ideas will polarize on each side. Both sides will talk of patriotism and honor. Then a massive war will start. Only faith could help an individual justify killing millions of people with a nuclear bomb.

no one knows but the lord when the world will end.
i believe the last days are near. all the prophesies have already & are being fulfilled.
i can't wait until that happens because i'm ready to go to glory land, eternal life in heaven.
i know a trumpet will sound, the dead shall rise first.
it's going to happen as quick as a twinkling of an eye.
best be right , or get left.
i don't even want to be around & find out what's going to take place here on this wicked earth after the rapture takes place. as long as i know i'm on a 1 way ticket/mission to heaven i'm a happy camper.

According to scientists the moon is moving away from the earth at a rate of 1/2 inch per year, without the moon the earth would lose its axis tilt(which I think is 23 degress) It would go into a tilt of more like 90 degrees back and forth which would cause global catastrophe

The world will end eventually, knowing is unknown. Many religious group believe soon but religion is there to create hype. Scientifically the world will MAYBE end in another 10,000 years give or take but still we do not know.

That depends on your definition of the "end." The planet Earth will be destroyed in about 5 billion years. That's about when our sun will enter its "red giant" phase, swelling up and incinerating all the inner planets. If, on the other hand, you're asking about the fate of the human race, that's anyone's guess. But no species lasts forever.

The world will probably end soon. I'm not sure. Jesus will come back. He will take all of the good people with him and destroy the rest by fire as he had said in the Bible.

over several hundred thousand years, the sun will continue to expand as it's doing now. At the same time, our atmosphere will continue to deteriorate due to global warming. When we have no more atmosphere, everyone will be burned alive by the sun's deadly rays. No sunscreen in the world will save you.
