My microwave seems to be running normally but it just isn't heating the food. Anyone have experience with this and know if it a fixable problem and how to fix it? Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks.

It is set on the highest heat setting. That was the first thing I checked.

Sounds like the fan is running but the device which emits the microwaves is broken and needs to be replaced.

The oven should have come with a pamphlet that has a list of the manufacturer's service centers and numbers to call. If it is still under warranty, then it may pay to send it to get fixed. If the warranty has expired, then I would just get a new machine.

it might be really broken, if you have ever left metal things in there while its on (ex. spoons forks knives etc.) It will weaken the microwaves cooking abilities, causing you to cook food longer, try getting a new one because that is what we had to do

I think that the radiator is broken. Check out this site
