Yes, argaven3 is right but Indonesian Islam is a little different. They often combine Hindu and local beliefs with Islam.

Hello Zaire, I'm from India, you don't have to tell me where Pakistan is! I am just saying that Islm promotes Arabic language, Arab things influence muslims constantly, is that a good thing. Even mosques(outside China) are designed with Arab influenced architecture

It is not Arab-centric at all.It can be applied every where.I live in Pakistan.It is near India.But I have got all types of Islamic teachings which are required in this region.Moreover Moslims can be found all over the world.If it is Arab-centric religion then there should be no followers of Islam in Asia,Europe,Americas,Austrailia and Africa.This religion is for every region and every type of man.Wether he is black or white,an Arab or a European.
Avik actually this religion started from arabia.you talk about mosques structure yes it is arabic style because our prophet liked that structure.Same about Arabic language.

Primarily because it was founded by an Arab and it's holiest sites are in Saudi Arabia. But,. the majority of Muslims live in Indonesia, not the Middle East.
Why is Christianity so Israel-centric since it was founded in Rome by a pagan Roman Emperor? If it is a religion for all the people as Christians like to claim.

Because it originated and propagated from the Middle East, the principle population of which happens to be Arab. Also, the principle prophet of Islam, Mohammed, was Arab. You should note however that currently the largest population of Muslims is Indonesia.
