Add the chicken to the pasta and heat it up, use the lettuce and tomato to make a salad and there ya go - lunch! Or just order a pizza.

Reheat the pasta and chicken with a little butter or margarine (and any spices you may like) in a skillet for a few minutes. And chop up the tomato and lettuce for a salad.

Chop up the chicken and toss with the pasta and chopped tomato. Mix in mayonaise or oil and any spices you might have. Wrap it in the lettuce to make a little burrito. If you have anything like nuts or raisins in the pantry, those might taste good too...

SPICEY TOMATO CHICKEN

2 lb chicken breast, sliced
1 can 28 oz diced tomatoes
1 can 15 oz kernel corn
1/4 cup sliced jalapeno peppers
4 tbsp. minced garlic
Fiesta seasoning
1/2 cup Worcestershire sauce
1 large onion

Cut up chicken into pieces. In a medium sized bowl marinate chicken in garlic and Worcestershire sauce for approximately 30-45 minutes (or overnight). While chicken is marinating, put tomatoes, corn and pepper in Crock pot on low setting.
Fry chicken with marinade, onion and seasonings until cooked. Add to Crock pot. Let cook for several hours.

Best when served over rice

Cook the chicken (if it is not already cooked) and cut them into slices. Put the slices of chicken on the bed of tomato and lettuce. And there you have your chicken salad. And you can have your pasta on the side too.

Dice up the chicken, dice up the tomato, add some garlic, basil, black pepper and salt and toss with olive oil in a saute pan. Pour over the warmed up pasta, some parmasan if you have it, and a salad made from the lettuce.

You could try making a pasta salad - toss the pasta together with some vegetables and make a light salad dressing out of some olive oil and a touch of mayo. You could add some little bits of chicken to it as well, for extra flavour :)
