The box colors from the store don't always color everyone the same. Many beauty salons make money from correcting colors used on people doing their own color at home. Go to a licensed hairdresser. Use a name brand such as Logics & Wella.

Go to a salon, it works and lasts longer in my opinion, but if you want to dye it yourself, just go to the store and pick one that's on sale, they work, all of them. GOOD LUCK!
