No it's utter rubbish. A person who has had sex will be more confident and less nervous because the situation will not be novel to them. If attitude and skill are important considerations for you (as they should be) then a person who is not a virgin will be far better in bed.
Some men claim that they prefer a virgin because her vagina is tighter and they have the psychological experience of 'conquering' new territory. They don't have to worry that the last guy was a better lay than them.
Frankly these are chauvenistic and outdated opinions.

And are you talking about male virgins or female virgins?
I will guess, females.
I guess that virgins are at a premium......so if that's what you need to get off - or maybe its the fact that you can just discard them when you've had your way with them?
Or is it the fact that when you lose your virginity it hurts?
I sincerely hope that you don't find out - at least until you are a lot more mature (if that ever happens) and can appreciate that if a woman gives you her virginity it is a gift, and she deserves respect and tenderness.
