Maybe he is afraid to touch you. Maybe he wants everything with you to be perfect. Keep talking to him and be patient. If he really does like you, he will come around.

you could talk to him about it.if you like this guy and you know this guy likes you.you should make the first move. he could be shy or afraid you will reject him or he might just think your to good for him. hope this helps
