Only on the woman's part. It's like that is their most precious thing to give to a man and if they were not serious they wouldn't do it.
So there for it is like a form of commitment.
Guys don't think like that, we feel it is just being intimate and that is that. It's free, non taxable, you can do it almost any time and anywhere, and it just feels great.

At least for a woman sex is very intimate for she is allowing you into her body. I know not very men are at all comfortable allowing anything much less another persons body part into their bodies. I truly can't begin to explain how personal of a thing it is to allow yourself to be intruded into in such a way....and for the pleasure of another. I think that most likely women feel ownership because they have given sacrifice and feel that is the reward of their sacrifice. I don't know that men feel ownership, but if they do it's most likely territorial. Like a dog pissing on a fire hydrant that about how they treat a cuntt they have invaded. Hope this makes sense. Best wishes

Because sex was designed to be a bond to hold two people together. This sense of "ownership" (in moderation, of course) actually can be beneficial to a marriage!

men and women tend to want to keep something that's good or that they invested something into. I tend to think men feel more ownership and women get more neurotic from sex before "commitment". Either way, anything unbalanced in one direction is unhealthy.

cause normally people say they love each other or something along the lines of "I'm all yours baby" even tho it was only for the moment. sometimes people cant understand that.
and then sometimes its necessary to keep the fire burning in the relationship. all depends on the people place and time.
i honestly dont know but its no fun i dont like it

In the beginning of humankind having sex was equivalent to eat, in some places nowadays to eat is the same as to have sex. When you eat or consume something, it belongs to you. This is why sexual intercourse creates a "owneship" sensation.

I guess because no one wants to feel like a one night thing or used & creating this sense of owneship gives them some feeling of security be it false or not.

Because sex should be an emotional experience not just a quickie thing.
When you have sex with someone, you should feel an attachment to that person. Your no longer just friends, your closer.

I consider it to be a "Bond", that developes from sharing oneself with another...you are forever a part of me.
