I tried a chocolate-covered ant (pretty good, actually!) when I was a kid. I've had squid (oh God was it chewy and awful) in Hong Kong. I ate a tiny little taste of horse meat once to try it, and in the high school cafeteria on a dare I tried a bit of dog biscuit. It was the rage at the time to show you were brave enough to chew a dog biscuit, and the boys would eat the whole thing, with relish.

I remember a Pizza I had in Italy, once. They put some strange toppings on pizza in Italy and this one was REALLY strange because the combination was yucky. All I can remember now are the hard boiled eggs and the marinated fish, which would be bad enough, but it was the taste and texture of the other stuff that made me gag.

I only been to the Bahamas, but maybe the grossest thing I had was soda and pickle juice...I gagged on it...I did it for a bet and got 5 bucks for it..lol

I have never been to a foreign country but something that I am told is the sickest is that I like to put peanut butter on bread and a slice of cheese on top of peanut butter and heat up the sandwich then chow down. It is so good and nobody in my family agrees.

Black Sand in Hawaii....sorry that's not that gross, but it's not that tastey either. I haven't been anywhere else to try anything really funky like roasted spleen or camel testicles like the show on t.v called Fear Factor. Don't know if you have that show where you live.............it's beyond gross!

Ever tried Baloot? In the philippines there is a delicacy. Its an egg with a dead chick inside that has been buried in sand to die. I found out the hard way. Grouse to say the least.

Hippo, flying ant, monkey, python, and a few other things in Africa. Hippo tastes the worse, like tough cardboard. Flying ant was fried in oil and was like a small thick potato chip.
In Mexico brain, tongue, lip, and eye tacos. Tongue tacos are great!
