Well, if he received a professional diagnosis, what did the doctor say to do to treat it? That would be your best bet - to follow any instructions the healthcare professional you went to gave you.

Try an oatmeal bath or a bath with epsom salts in it. These are things I use when I get rashes or have an allegic reaction to something and they work like a charm

I don't know what that is but i've heard extra virgin coconut oil works good for skin problems.
