I would go with the blonde girl.. even though I'd prefer the brown. I would choose the blonde because I don't like popular girls. They typically have an ego and are self-centered. (not always, but I'm going off as much information that was given in the question and making a generalization)
Most importantly? The popular girl PROBABLY has less time for me personally as she's busy with all her popular friends. I like more one-on-one quality time.
And like a comedian Ron White said, You can fix a butt, you can fix hair color, you can get a nose job - but you can't fix stupid. So go with whichever is the smarter one! :)

thats a shallow question, i could careless about how either of them look, I would go for whoever had a better personality, and by the facts given, popularity usually makes a girl a stuck up prick, so chances are the blonde would win on personality. but for the record, I wouldn't want either, skinny girls don't interest me, there has to be a little meat on the bones, consider it this way, which is mroe comforting, hugging a teddy bear or a twig.
