Fruit salads, dips with vegetables, tossed salad, grilled chicken, shrimp scampi, etc.
No heavy, saucy stuff. Just light and fresh.
And for drinks, piña coladas, already mixed drinks like Bacardi's Bahama Mama, Hurricane, Zombie or Rum Island Iced Tea, Passoa with Orange juice.

buy a pineapple (several since it's for 100 -150 people) cut it in 4ths long ways and leave skin on each piece and the leaves. Then cut the yellow part of the pineapple into pieces (about 7 - 10) in each quarter. Buy Marachino cherries and fancy toothpicks stick a toothpick in a cherry then into the pineapple piece. Get a huge platter and put each quarter in the shape of a cross. Then fill in each section with fruit! It is a beautiful centerpiece or makes the table look festive and people will eat it up!
P.S. - I usually cut out the very top of each quarter (the core) as it's tough most of the time.

yah,um how 'bout pineapple go too cooks.com and type in hawiian foods.... it is faster and has lots of good foods like salad,chicken,and lots more things.
