Put conditioner in your hair when in the shower. Let it seep into your hair, then rinse it out with cold water. It should make your hair shiny and smooth.

use pantene prov shampoo and conditioner.. and if u want... try a product..... also.. when u get out of the shower... dry it with a clean cottton t shirt instead of a towel.. towels make it more frizzy.... u can straighten it.. but that damages your hair.. and... you can wash your hair with bottled water... it gives it nutrients so it makes it look healthy and shiny.

Blow drying your hair in the direction you want it to go. So you would blow dry your hair in a downward direction.... You can also try strighting (sorry can't spell) it, then puting shine product in it.
