What does it mean if you tell a guy you like him, and his only response is- "Yeah, I figured," and then the conversation is picked up where it left off? I know he has about as much experience in this field as me (a little less than none) but does "Yeah, I figured" translate into- "that's nice, I am not interested but I am to nice to say so," or "yeah, me too, but I am too shy to say"? I tried to press the subject, but I did not get very far with him. Any ideas?

That boy is not really interested in you, if y'all get together he's just going to use u or take advantage of u so i'll suggest u not to push it, because if he really liked u he would've show u that instead of trying to put u down. Trust me, he will regret it, cause u never realize what u got until u lose it...

Does he change the subject when you bring up other subjects he may not be comfortable with? If he's shy, then it could mean he was really embarrassed and wanted to change the subject...

It could mean that he was interested in you at one point, but you came on too strong and it annoyed him. He may like you still, you just have to play hard to get...that will get his attention.

It doesn't mean that he doesn't care what you have to say...it just means that he had come to that conclusion as well. I am bad about saying that to my bf on occasion...it doesn't mean I am not listening or don't care...just means that I'm a rational human being and I came to a conclusion myself...just let it go and move on

My Mate, he was madly in love with me and i said (this was a cupla years back) uh, okaaaaay
and this guy who i so liked (this was not too long ago) he said umm... i worked that one out. he didn't like me. not much help, but check for intrest signs like prolonged eye contact and him asking you out!
