how do i get rid of this extra little tool bar thing on my comp screen?

ok go into the add/remove hardware section in the control panel and it should be in there just click and it will walk you through the process and it will be deleted

Right click on the tool bar & remove the check marks what ever you dont need. But if u want to block the pop up adds then you have to check mark in the internet options.

Sounds like the Yahoo Tool Bar - you can remove it through Add/Remove Programs - Click on Start - Control Panel - Add/Remove Programs.

ok, this is if you are using Internet Explorer.
i) on the very top go to VIEW
ii)in VIEW the 1st topic is Toolbars click on that and a thing on side will pop
iii) Uncheck Google/whatever in that
