I've had great experiece with the herb St. John's Wort. It is safe, although consuming large quantities (more than you'd probably need) can make you more sensitive to sunlight than usual, so just be aware of that. Do a Google search to find out more. HTH!

There really aren't any. Most of the drugs that are used to calm people down are pretty potent/addictive, so they are only given to people who have chronic problems with anxiety. If you're having problems with anxiety a lot, you should probably go into your doctor and talk to him about it, and he can decide if you need any medication.

Try vitamin B, it helps to relax you. I used to have trouble sleeping, too wound up. A friend told me to start taking B, and it really worked for me. Another thing that sometimes works, is herbal tea. If your nervous condition is severe, you need to see a doctor for a prescription. Best of luck!
