Mmmmm.....Chicken Alfredo
Cook chicken in butter and garlic (minced) until golden brown.
for sauce:
cut up 1 stick REAL butter and melt in saucepan, add 1 pint of Heavy Whipping Cream and bring to a boil stirring constantly (I use a whisk) add 2 cups of shredded Parmesan Cheese (in the dairy case) and bring to boil again, stirring constantly with whisk.
Boil some pasta (fettucine) and there's a great italian dinner in about 30 minutes.

Well it depends on what you have on hand or access to and how comfortable you are in the kitchen!
I have a great (EASY) recipie for a Taco bake
Take a can of refridgerator biscits and flatten them on the bottom of an 8x8 pan. Top with 1 lb hamburger, 1cup chopped onions (optional) 1 cup diced tomatoes
Take 1 cup sour cream and 1 cup (i usually use more because I LOVE ceese) and mix together. Put this mixture on top and bake for about 15 min at 350. Crush up some tortilla chips. Take taco bake out of the oven, top with tortilla chips and 1/2-1 cup cheese and bake for another 5-7 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly. Super easy and tastes great!
I also have a ton of easy fast recipes that are real food not weird gourmet stuff. Let me know if you need any other ideas

Chicken Patty Caserole
2 Boxes of Chicken Stove Top
2 C Sour Cream (large container, I prefer Superior)
2 Cans Cream of Chicken Soup (I prefer Campbells)
3-4 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast
Boil chicken until cooked thoroughly. Preheat oven to 375. In a large bowl prepare both boxes of Stove Top as directed on package, mix well (I use microwave instructions, and cook it for half the time the box says--you do not need to cook it at all). In a separate bowl mix sour cream and chicken soup until well blended. Tear up or shred chicken breasts and add chicken pieces to sour cream/soup mixture, mix well. Spray 13x9 casserole dish with non-stick cooking spray. Spread half of stuffing mixture evenly in dish. Pour all of sour cream/soup/chicken mixture in pan, spread evenly across. Top with remaining stuffing mixture, and spread evenly across. Cover with foil and bake at 375 for 30 minutes. Remove foil cover and bake another 10 minutes. Remove from oven and allow to sit to thicken several minutes before serving. Enjoy!!!
This is a favorite by anyone that has tried it so far!!!!!

chocolate Carmel bars
YUM!
INGREDIENTS:
1 (18.25 ounce) package German chocolate cake mix
1 cup butter, softened
1 egg
1/2 cup evaporated milk
1 pound individually wrapped caramels, unwrapped
1 cup confectioners' sugar
2 tablespoons milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
DIRECTIONS:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a medium bowl, combine 1/2 cup of the butter with the cake mix and egg. Work the mixture with your hands until everything is well blended. The mixture will be crumbly. Press the mixture evenly into a 10 x15 inch jellyroll pan.
Bake for 10 minutes in the preheated oven. Remove and cool for 10 minutes.
In a saucepan , combine the remaining 1/2 cup of butter with the evaporated milk and caramels, over medium heat. Stir occasionally until smooth. Remove from heat and pour the mixture over the baked crust, turning the pan from side to side so that it is evenly coated.
Return to the oven, and bake for 15 to 20 minutes, until it is bubbly all over. Cool and drizzle with icing. Allow icing to set before cutting into squares.
To make the icing, stir together the confectioners' sugar with the water and vanilla until smooth. If the icing is too thick, add more water. If it is too thin, add more confectioners' sugar.
