during a panic attack your intercoastal muscles that attach your sternum to your ribs tighten - can almost mimic a heart attack

sounds like your diaphragm clenching up. does it make it harder for you to breathe? do you feel like you might die and any moment and your heart is racing and you're sweating and freaking out?

Its caused by adrenaline problems, and is triggered by stress. If thats what it is anyway. My mom had it, and i do too. It sucks asss. Everytime iam sure iam having a heart attack.

panic attack, what the first guy said. SUCKS. just calm down, run your wrists under cool water, AVOID CAFFEINE, and go to the bathroom. I know that sounds stupid, but the stress of the stress on your body causes your guts to go nuts. Going bathroom will really help.

if thats what it is anyway.
