puppy food generally has a higher calorie content, and warmming up her canned or packaged food may help - make sure she still gets crunchy stuff and chewsticks though, dogs can get gum disease too

Are you sure she is skinny? Most dogs are actually overweight. And since you say she sees the vet reguarly, I'm sure he or she would have said something, especially since there is a diet specifically for anorexia that they could try and sell you.
For a dog you should be able to visualize the ribs and feel the ribs, though they should not be highly defined. The belly should be tucked up. When looking from above there should be a figure 8 shape with a defined waist.

More info would be needed on how you feed her. If you feed her portioned amounts of feed at specific times of the day, try increasing each meal my a 1/4 of a cup If you are feeding kibble, add 1/4 a cup of wet food to the top.

Try a weight gaining dog food like Purina or something. You said she goes to the vet regularly so she probably isn't wormy.

If you check with your vet, they may be able to give you some food that will help your dog gain weight, but it may also just be that you have a slightly smaller built dog as well.

Make sure you are using a name brand dog food, such as Purina or Pedigree. Those off brand dog foods are cheaper because they are made cheaper!! If you are already feeding a name brand dog food call your vet and see if they would recc. switching your dog to a puppy chow to gain weight. Your vet knows more about your dog than I do, so he/she would know if it is safe or not!!

If her underwieght was a problem, the vet would have told you and recommended something for it. As she gets older, she will be less active and will gain the weight you want.
