My replies: I don't think eating a hearty breakfast is a good idea considering I can barely drink water.

Take 2 excedrin Migrane and try your hardest to sleep it off. You should wake up and feel much better. The rest of the day just take it easy and drink a lot of water.

Hangovers are caused when you have so much alcohol in your systen it dehydrates your cells. So water or gatoraide is good, but if you can't keep that down, DONT drink coffee. Coffe contains caffiene, which is a dieuretic, which means it will flush even more water and potassium out of your system, making you worse. If you are at your wit's end and desprate, pickle juice works. It contains potassium, water, and electrodes that refuel you or at least make your day bearable. Tylenol is very good as well as a cold shower.

what I usually do is eat some crackers to soak up the booze.
What you should do is prevent hangovers by drinking a large glass of Gatorade and taking 2 aspirin/Tylenol/Advil before you go to bed.
The Gatorade will help you keep hydrated (you wont piss the water in your system out so fast, since that is what alcohol makes you do) and the medicine for obvious reasons. Try it and see if it works for you, this was recommended by my biology/physiology teacher in college and it works great!

I usually try to eat something before I go out drinking, nothing to heavy though. I take a couple of asprin before I go also. Then when I start to feel like I am going to feel sick, I drink water. Tis is important especially befor you go to bed! then in the morning drink water. I know its tough for you now but in the future keep it in mind.

Eat something very sour but light, maybe a greek salad or lettuce with fresh lemon juice. The vitamin C usually helps.

If you still can't eat just wait and drink tons of water.

Ginger ale and chicken noodle soup also helps ;)

Try drinking a redeye. This is a mixture of 3 parts beer and 2 parts tomato juice. The slight buzz you will get will stop the headache.

I'd recommend aspirin, water, multivitamins, and sleep. Try not to drink that much the next time you go out drinking, and take something called chasers which are supposed to help with hangovers. I took 'em when I went out drinking and they helped.

Honestly as odd as this sounds. . . .Take an aspirin, drink a tall glass of orange juice, and eat a banana. The potassium in the banana and orange juice should rid you of any fatigue and nausea and the aspirin will work wonders on any aches or pains, including a headache.
