I am very interested in Astra Travelling. Can anyone suggest a book or web page?

I just want to do some research on the subject and maybe try it myself. Is it a good idea to be trying it or not?

I had an Astra once. crap. I wouldn't recommend it. If you've got your heart set on a vauxhall get a Vectra. My mate Dave's selling one. I'll put in a word.

......... meditate long and hard for many months. there are books on it ive heard about them but nothing definant. astral travel is drawing your energy into your self and then making a image of your self else where with the energy you have

try staring into the mirror with a white candle in the dark. imagine yourself behind your physical body. i know it sounds creepy but after a month or more it might work.

I have done this, and have found that it happens without my wanting it, I have also found it very hard to control, and very tiring, this is a good question and I look forward to reading some of the answers myself.

I wouldn't recommend it. It's very seductive and alluring, can get you into max trouble. After saying that, we all need to experience whatever we need to. so .... I know nothing about the cd, but looks like an easy place to start. No reading required.
