Why not, I look at women that i find attractive and my wife looks at men that she finds attractive. I also notice men looking at her. There is nothing wrong with looking and admiring people that you find attractive.
There are situations where maybe it would be inappropriate like if you are out on a date and your wife/girlfriend is all dressed up for you looking hot and sexy. In that case I think for the most part your attention should be on her and no one else.
In everyday situations though looking and admiring people is perfectly normal.

Any guy who answers no to this is such a liar! Of course they look my husband even looks. Doesn't help I usually point her out to him if he hasn't already commented about it. LOL. Its funny really when hes all look at her *** or I'm like check out the hot-tie over there with the big boobs. LOL. Kinda a game we play I guess.

My hubby and I do this all the time:) I always can tell when he's checking out a cute girl:). We joke around about it, or I will even tell him that I think he would think she is cute. I don't think there is anything wrong with him looking, as long as he tells me how beautiful I am at times too.
