They are either provoking or insulting questions- and almost all to them to do with Chrisitanity! I even came across one that said something like "why do christians always attack yahoo answerers?" And some of them (including the answers) are very abusive.

after reading the comments, i have noticed most of you basically say chrisitians are shoving their religion down everyones throats. but i wonder if anyone have stopped to ak a christian why he/she is so persistent? Instead of coming with reasons yourself to why their doing it. (eg. they are uncertain) And i personally don't think christianity is segregated.

Christianity is the worlds largest religion, and in America this is even more true. You don't see Muslims or Taoists banging on peoples doors in America. That makes them the most likely topic in a religious debate and most people(unfortunately) have only versed themselves in Christian "truth".

Christianity is so exciting and filled with joy and power that many just have to say soemthing about it. The early church litterally turned their world upside down by preaching and seeing miracles happen. The christianity that they experienced can be experienced today. Not in denominal churches of course but in the power of the Spirit. When you look at it this way, the reason everyone is talking about christianity is because it is the most exciting of all religions because it is the true religion. Unfortunately some go overboard and come across the wrong way.

First of all, a lot of questions deal with Christianity because a lot of people are Christian. (America is somewhere around 90% Christian.) The reason for the insults is that one person says something that's offensive to someone else, causing the second person to get mad and insult the people that person disagrees with. This all continues in a cycle. I'd comment further, but I don't want to provoke someone who thinks I'm attacking their right to insult others.

That is mainly because the Christians are very uncertain, and they feel a need to try and shout their religion everywhere.

Sure they can have their religion BUT KEEP THE DAMNED THING TO YOURSELVES

If I want it I'll ask for it, and until that time stop this unwarranted advertising.

I have no problem with discussing various aspects of anyones religion but Christianity IS NOT "The One True Way" (tm) it is only right for them, and no-one else.

And as long as they admit, that other peoples religion is right for them I am happy to talk to them.

The major problem I have with Christianity is that it is segregated. How can we accept differences in others when your spiritual base is segregated by skin color? Most western religions (Judaism, Islam, and Christianity) are very non-accepting of people from different backgrounds.

Because Christianity is practiced in the US with such aggression, people will use words to "fight" back to the imposition of Christian theology on an otherwise secular country, founded on religious freedom and choice.

When Christians are so arrogant so as to push their views into laws, it will make people upset and the non-Christians will not quiet their voice.

This particular forum is for English speaking countries. Christianity is the more prominent religion in the U.S. Therefore, the questions will center around what we see and experience in our daily lives. I'm sure if you went to another YA! country, it would focus on their primary religion.
