Even if you two have a sexual relationship now, the expectations of wedding night sex are going to be pretty high. IMHO, if you try to dive right in, it won't be as much fun. Furthermore, the two days of the rehearsal/wedding/reception will have taken a toll on your. No matter how nice it all was, you'll be at least a little stressed and a little tired.
Spend a few minutes relaxing, unpacking, talking, hugging, and kissing. Remind yourselves why you decided to get marrried. Kiss some more. Slow dance in the room.
Then when you're both comfortable you can climb into bed. I recommend that you find something that you've never done together and work that into your first lovemaking session as husband and wife. It will be sort of like giving your virginity to each other.

Run a bubble bath!! (You probably had a long trip and you both need to unwind from the wedding and focus on eachother) Get in the tub, melt your worries away, get dressed, have dinner and then come back to your suite and make love (clean, refreshed and ready to really focus on eachother)

We were so stresssed from all the pre-wedding and the wedding day activities and jet lagged from the flight that we took a few hour nap and then watched the Nextell race.
