If you look remotely like ur photo AHHHH ur too old to wear a thong ( IM GONNA HAVE NIGHTMARES)

Well you should buy your thong in the right size for one. Or if you insist on wearing them too small you may want to consider wearing a pantyliner. Take the flat liner and wrap it around the thong, this will will give you extra "cushion", for lack of a better word.

make the thong tighter still, put on the cilice. make sure you sit in a hot room - a dark, unventilated and hot room littered with saw dust all over the floor - one which makes you sweat hard...

Before putting it on, put some baby powder on yourself. if you plan on letting it show,beach, clean the area before venturing out in public.You could also try Llamasil ointment for rash. Read the instructions before using as it is not recommended for all to use.
