Seriously, the best thing to do is just ignore her. If you keep on blocking her, she's just going to come up with new screen names and keep on harassing you. Just don't respond to whatever emails, IMs, or anything else she sends you, and she'll eventually get the message.

IF you have a spam blocker, use it. If not, contact your ISP and let them know what is going on and that you do not want the emails from her. Let her know you do not want her mail and if she does not stop you are going to report her to the authorities. And you can always contact her ISP and let them know she is sending mail to you that you have asked her not to send, which is spam and most ISP's do not tolerate that.
