If your family has a recessive gene for tentacles and both you and your cousin are carriers, there is a 25% chance that your children will have tentacles. Of course, I am not aware of a human gene for tentacles, but the same would be true for any undesirable recessive genes that are common in your family. Genetic counseling may be in order. If you are first cousins, you may not be able to marry in some states, but if you marry where this is legal, other states will recognize your marriage. (Assuming of course that you are of different sexes, which I assumed from the fact that you are planning to have children together.)

You should not mate with your cousin...too much of the same blood may hurt the child. This is true, depending how close the cousin is to your parents, meaning first generation...the more likely your child would have deformities. They don't have to be physical deformities, they can be mentally. So, I guess to answer your questions, yes your child can be born with tentacles

your kids will not have tentacles...but a long time down the road if your offspring mate with each other and continue to commit incest then the babies may have deformaties.
