Well you have to find out what she's interested in first. The easiest one would be "How was your day" but that conversation doesn't last that long. People she knows is good like her friends or family. And a really good one is her childhood because a lot of people talk about the past but you have to be careful just in case she had an unpleasant one. You can know that by seeing how close she is to her parents today.

anything could be really. thats one of the ways you get to know that person. its kinda hit or miss unless she just opens up.just ask random questions: whats your fav. color, FLOWER, gold/silver, music, song( that can come in real handy in the future), cars, vacation spot, college, careers interests, her family, your family, guture family. any random thing. you also have to watch out with how close the two of you are or how well you two know eachother. as you go you will learn. whether its through argueing or whatever. my girlfriend and i argue several times a week. but in that we learn how each of us is feeling, and about the most important part of arguements is never leave or get off the phone on bad terms unless it is urgent or theres disconnection or the battery of phone had a heart attack. aka died. in the event that you must end the arguement on bad terms, pick the arguement right up next time the two of you speek. try to do it on the phone. as soon as the two of you are of the phone you use what you learned from you questions. drive over there playing her favorite love type song and present to her flowers. hell write a poem, get creative. its a lot of fun.
