I'm trying to figure out how to get it to flip out. It is cut in lots of layers. The curling iron works ok but I was just wondering if there was anything else I can use. Any suggestions on how to make it cute??

I have used a straight iron and just kinda flip it up and then hair spray it. This worked for me. If this doesn't work, I would get a hotter curling iron or try different products. Or ask the person that cut your hair if they have any suggestions. Good Luck!

One technique i used is a metal or ceramic round brush, the ones with ventilation holes. Divide you hair in small sections, dry each section and wait some seconds before take out the brush to let it cool, it would give a nice flip to your hair.
