read up on kegils, its an holding exercise for your pelvic muscles.. also you can get cool weighted balls to put in your vigina for a few hrs a day, and you try 'hold the ball in'
soon enough it will make a difference.

You have to exercise it. Squeeze the inter walls about 10 times a day.

It is very easy to do them while sitting at a desk job at work and no one knows!
Yeah and the SmartBalls are good too but it is the same concept!

Kegel exercises... tightening and untightening them during the day, like when peeing, making it stop, then start, then stop... keeps them tight... and then if you get REALLY good at them, you can do it during sex, and it's like massaging him while he's in it... Men go crazy :O)
