I would say lets meet up for a casual cup of coffee. If the coffee and conversation went well, then talk a walk headed nowhere in particular. Stop to small shops looking around getting a feel for the other person. Then around dinner time find a small café or bistro to grab a bite to eat outdoors have a glass of wine or two.

Generally speaking, I like to take a girl on a low-budget date (to weed out the gold-diggers) to somewhere dramatic - fire-works, or Montauk Point's Camp Hero - the decomissioned military base with the awesome beach, one girl I drove to Montreal from mid-NY for a three-day weekend.

However, what you look like would determine what I would do...
FOR EXAMPLE: If you were obese I wouldn't ask you to go hang-gliding with me because the glider capacity is 225 lbs.

If you were ugly I wouldn't ask you to do Karaoke because people would laugh at you.

If you were real little I wouldn't ask you on an overnight hike because you wouldn't be able to carry your pack.
