I am asking this question b/c i am in a situation that I need Help I am currently in the US Navy - and just moved to New Jersey Previously I held a Ny License - which was Suspended b/c of Tickets - I had my Identity Stolen and it has been a clear uphill battle to clear this up - Ny wants over 2000 to clear this up and I find it so unfair - i want to know if any 1 knows any way to obtain a New License in any state b/c without it I will suffer from the Military i am now being told that i may be not only reprimanded for not having a license i maybe removed from my current position.
so in short can some 1 tell me what state or how to go about obtaining a new license for a Navy Soldier > i really don't mind going out of state i am station now in Nj but i have been to Ga / Tx on duty - pls some 1 Help point me in the right Direction to get a New License.

I get answers like pay the 2k for the tickets that i didnt get - i don;t know if you know being in the Military doesn't pay some major amount of money - it just doesn't and for Principle to know you did not get the tickets why or how can you justify 2k on tickets and not for your child or daily necessities.

i really appreciate those who have pointed me to Dmv and Military Resources pls keep the answers coming i am just looking to rectify this asap. thank you for your time and thought

Pay 2K and do it right, in the end you will get pay and not consequence.

The state of Arizona usually don't care for other states problem when it come to why you lost your Drivers License. Also there license don't expire for 10 years I think. So give the state of Arizona a try. One thing you have to be a resident in the state though. You don't have to live there but you must have a place there. Check with there D.M.V first.
