At your next appointment, purposely remember everything that happens and then go home and write it all down. Try to recall every detail. Then you should have a pretty good sumary of what happened at your appointment. Then the person from the appointment can never lie and say this or that happened, because you clearly remember and wrote all that happened down.

I am reading a book on memory now...I am also taking GinkGold as a suppliment. I just need to remember to take them.

They say the trick is to make a picture in your mind of what you want to remember. It could be anything as long as it means something to you.

memory games- like taking playing cards and putting them face down and flipping 2 cards every time it's your turn and every time you flip 2 cards that are the same keep them and whoever has the most matches at the end wins.
