I'm a boy, 13 years old 127lbs. 5 foot 4in. I want to weigh at least 170lbs. before the end of Autum. Pleez take your answers seriously. This is something I will really appretiate:)

Please consider becoming strong and healthy rather than fat. At 13, your body is about to go through some changes (or already has started!) that will affect your health the rest of your life. If you are concerned about being too skinny, talk to your doctor or parents (or school nurse, teachers, etc.) about your options for exercise / diet.

Eat when you are hungry, try to eat balanced meals (meat, veggies, starch, and milk), and your body will take care of the rest!

Why in the world would you want to be fat? You are at a nice height and weight right now. If you think that it'll give you a growth spurt you are wrong. Guys don't just grow taller because of their weight. If it's to impress and girl that's into fat guys (rare but out there) you should learn to like yourself and girls that like you for you. You don't need to change yourself for someone else unless you feel that it's something that really could improve your inner self. Only shallow people would ask you to change your image to be your friend. I could understand why you would want to gain weight if you were skinny but 13 years old and 127 lbs 5'4"? You're still growing...you don't stop until you are about 18-22 years of age. It's very unhealthy to be fat. Lots of health problems come up...asthma becomes worse, running, jogging, cholesterol, high blood pressure....who knows? Did you ever watch that movie "Super Size Me"? Are you trying to be a Sumo Wrestler? You know, if you are try reading about how long they live and what their health conditions are like? I hope you change your mind. Best wishes and take care.

DON'T start filling your face with junk food it may do the job but it will be very bad for your health. I suppose eat more but still of the things that are good for you and work out but again not to much cause your still young and could do damage to your body, so may be speak to a local gym or your doctor and they maybe able to give the best advice.
But all i can say risking your health taking drastic actions isn't worth it.
Your goal may take time cause there are no quick solutions to anything.

Are you trying to gain weight for a sports team? Eat pasta for dinner, eggs for breakfast or lunch, and workout (especially with weights) everyday. Don't use this as an excuse to fill up with junk food.. yeah you'd be bulkier, but you'll feel terrible.

5 square meals a day. Plenty of water. Protein shakes. Push-ups, sit-ups, pull-ups, dips and calf raises. Good night sleep. Do this and you'll put on at least 25lbs by Fall.

Why would you like to gain weight? That is unhealthy.

If you really want to, then just eat and eat and eat especially fatty foods. Don't exercise at all.
Eat lots of meat and dairy. Don't forget the soda!

ok how about:
eat uncontrolably [ lots of carbz and sugar]
never extercise [ be lazy]
be a couch potatao

follow these tips and you should make your goal in a month or two.

well, i had to go on a diet once, (to loose weight, obviously) so in order to gain weight, you should probably eat all the stuff i couldn't, which was stuff with a lot of sodium in it. it may or may not work, but hey! it's worth a shot.

dont be fat, just start lifting and workin out, this will take a toll on your growth though, the more you work out the more likely you are the stunt your growth.
