"You must be the change you wish to see in the world." -- Gandhi

He said it better than I ever could. If you want peace, be peace, if you want love, be love, be loving. Look within first, before looking at others and what "they" are all doing "wrong".

Some people are so stubborn that the hatred is stuck there forever. However, to stop more people from hating, the best thing to do would be to teach kids when they're young about being nice and liking other.

We must look deeply within ourselves and understand where hate comes from before we can disarm it. Hate is proof that love exists, for only a person who is able to love, can hate. Hate is born when one loses love and wants it back. If you think about it, you can only be jealous of someone you love, you can only be hurt by someone or something you care about. These negatives only come along when you lack the love that your soul needs. Why are you hurt when someone calls you names? Because you love yourself. If you didnt, you wouldnt care.

We can't disarm the hatred in people's hearts. People do that which they perceive to be in their own best interest. When their own best interest collides with someone elses best interest there is discord, that can lead to hatred.
