Your soul is temporarily freed from the restrictions of the body to travel astrally where/whenever it wants, within this dimension or others. This happens when we have vivid dreams. Our soul has left the body temporarily.

Astral projection...a natural happening occurring when you can relax your conscious Self to the point that allows your spirit Self to be led to other places...usually by your spirit guide or the Angels that surround you. Ask to remember your journey, else you may not...most often this is a spirit need, not a body/mind need...this can happen while you sleep as well.
