The US, cause we have so many problems at home but we keep getting into it with every country with oil or a dislike for us. However when a country in Africa is having problems and has a leader that is 50 times worse than Saddam, we turn our heads. There are 10 countries in Africa that have horribly evil leaders that kill women and children daily. And we don't go over there and try to fix anything.

The United States-- and I'm an American. I'm not a big fan of "realist" international relations theory and I support the United Nations.
At least 50% of Americans have issues believing all the Bush admin propaganda.
The other most annoying countries are the corrupt ones in the developing world that we give money to and then they use the money to buy guns to kill their own people.
But in terms of "with great power comes great responsibility", the states win this title hands down.

That's easy. The United States. It's because of several things. The leadership is one. The general attitude of the people is another. Anyone who thinks he or she is better than everyone elsee and is deserving of certain entitlements is annoying. The same goes for countries, and that seems to be the general attitude in the US. The fact that the US is also among the least educated of all of the industrialized countries in the world tends to make this attitude rather ironic (at best).

I would have to say the USA, because of a general assumption that they are better than everyone else, despite not actually knowing anything about the rest of the world to base it on.

USA, becuase they are so loud and proud and they want to impose their culture on everyone else. Don't get me started on the wars they have started or regimes they have installed, in other nations.
Also they go on about their "American Dream", but for many it is just a dream.
