I have a dentist appointment in half an hour. I hate dentists!! I even have perfect teeth and I still get nervous before I go!! And I am 15 years old!!! Why do I have to go?!!

If you don't go to your regular visits your teeth will not continue to be perfect. You need to go to your check-ups so the dentist can make sure that your teeth and gums are healthy. Don't get nervous, they aren't going to do anything that hurts, just remember that.

You need to go to the dentist to keep your teeth perfect. You are obviously doing all the right things to keep those teeth perfect between visits, so there is nothing to worry about. If there is anything wrong, your dentist will tell you and not just start doing stuff -- but from the looks of it, you have nothing to worry about. Good luck!

Tell everyone working on you at the dentist's office about your worries. A good office will tell you what they are doing and why and take their time with you. If they are not patient with you work with your parents to find a dentist that works with people that hate dentists.

A lot of people get nervous around dentists. You're just going in for a cleaning/exam nothing to worry about. You have to go to keep those pearly whites healthy. Now, stop being a baby becasue tehre will be worse things in your life that will have to face.

imagine if there was some deadly bacteria in ur teeth or gums and don't even notice... if you don't go now... imagine what it will be like the next year... You might not even have teeth to show to the dentist next year...
