i heard it was paper weight but don't know for sure

Paperweight was the lightest weight class a long time ago at 95 lbs., but then they changed it to 112 lbs. - the same as flyweight.

The current lowest weight class is strawweight (or minimumweight) at 105 lbs. People still fight at lower weight classes, but there aren't any major championships recognizing them.

It all depends on the Circuit, but for the most part Straw Weight is the lightest.
