Yes they can. You can also try another branch of service. Each of them has different requirements. Of course, this can also depend on the reason you were denied in the first place. If it's what you really want, don't give up. There are ways in. Good luck!!

It does depend on why you are rejected, and yes you may be able to join another branch. But to clarify the above statement by joining the reserves is not the answer, if you are rejected by a branch: Navy, Marine Corps, Airforce or Army etc you will be rejected by the reserves of that branch as well. Atleast in the Marine Corps they go through the same boot camp.

Probably not, but it would depend on the original rejection. If the problem was flat feet, you're out for life. However, if you were rejected for being overweight, a diet could get you in. It all depends.

It depends on why they were rejected. If it was due to drugs or ETOH, then no. If it is due to a medical condition, if the condition has resolved, then yes.
