Why can't people see jokes ?

Question

Gosh i've been on this site for sometime now and i've realized one thing!

Some people can't diffrenciate between a joke or a serious question. Some people are just trying to be funny so that everyone can have a good laugh... but there are those people who started to curse them and have ill-feelings for them...

Is this because they're too dull inside, so they can't see the joke? Or did the joke offend them too much?

I agree people need to lighten up and enjoy life. People don't pay attention to the category they are in when answering questions.

Part of the problem is people don't always put their questions in the right category either. Sometimes it hard to tell if they are serious or joking. Either way cussing and insulting people is not good in any category give people some respect.

If it's in Jokes and Riddles I treat it as someone trying to be funny and try to give an amusing answer.

You have to consider the fact that first of all they came to the "jokes and riddles" category with a serious attitude.That in itself gives you a clue as to their mental state.Apparently some people in this world have absolutely no sense of humor.Their only reason for being is to climb up on a soap box and look down on the rest of us while they deliver some tirade that we care absolutely nothing about.You actually have to pity these people because just existing for them has to be a real *****.I feel it is our duty to keep telling our jokes(however bad some of them may be)in the hopes that somehow we can turn this around.If we can make just one asshole smile then we have done our job.

A speaker always used to say beforehand that he is going to tell a joke so that as soon as he finish telling it we give a big clap for it. Same way why dont you say you are telling a joke so we too know that it is a joke .and see the joke even if there be none.

I agree with you! I have asked questions that were intended to be funny hoping to get funny responses, but also I just got cussed and yelled at...even called stupid. So I don't get it. Mostly though, people are funny and light hearted, which is what this category is all about.

haha nicely good i have been given a sex comic tale for you wish you want it :) on listening to that her grandad had only died kate went and visited her nan to convenience her at the same time as she requested how he died her nan replyed through sayin that he had had a heart attack at the same time as makin love 2 her kate suggested that it become stupid that 2 previous people the position havin sex because it become askin for problem her nan replyed through sayin that they used to do it to the slow p.c.. of the church bells because it become only the right p.c. she then wiped a tear from her eye and carryed on through sayin''if that dahmed ice cream van hadnt come alongside he would nevertheless be alive at present'' :) xxx
