7:20 am : Breakfast
Two pancakes, two bacon, and eggs scrambled
Coffee
9:30 am: Morning snack:
12 cherries

12: 30 pm: Lunch
Salad, no protein, just greens and tomatoes

3:00 pm: 13 cherries, and a 180 calorie energy bar.


6: 30 pm: Dinner:
Steak about .5 pounds and a salad.

7: 20 pm: Movie

Pop and popcorn

11:00 pm: Cherries, about a pound.

This morning weighed 198. Last week I weighed 194.5.

Gain of 4.5 pounds.

Today will eat a lot less...and bike 10 miles.

What went wrong yesterday for me?

Thank-you so much all of you! This really will help me.

I will listen and do all of the advice. My goal is to get back to H.S. weight. 165, that was three decades ago. Last September I weighed 225 pounds. I have come a long way with a long way to go!

Instead of having 2 pancakes should off only had one, and you should skip the bacon all together. For lunch you should incorporate a protein, just eat the bar for snack, skip the popcorn and soda have a bag of raw nuts instead, and you should not be eating after 7 pm. And remenber take you time eating do that your brain has enough time to register that you are eating and send out the proper signals to your body to let you know that you are satisfied

IMO - not enough protein and too many calories in big chunks instead of spread out more.

Try putting a little grilled chicken or some tuna on your salad at lunchtime.
Have a little cheese and whole grain crackers with your cherries at snacktime or peanut butter and an apple.
Skip the regular pop (soda) and have diet (Coke Zero ROCKS!!) or flavored water.

You're on the right track, just fine tune it a bit. A session with a professional nutritionist would benefit you greatly.

no idea...ur diet is fine..bt sum things r missing...chck upa caliories chart and ull see...mayb its the energy bar...have sum protiens n dont have pop corn, n either have pancake or eggs..any1 in the morning..not both!
